Our production process is designed to help take all worries or doubts you may have away, as we carefully plan and structure the event to tailor your personal tastes.
We start by having a meeting with you so that we can understand your requirements and what you want from your event, but also so we can help advise on different aspects such as the lighting and audio equipment.
After our first meeting we will then design a basic layout or template of what we can provide, once the plans have been approved by you. We will contact the venue and measure up all the angles so everything fits perfectly.
We will then arrive at the venue with plenty of time prior to your event to rig and program the lighting, set up the PA systems, create the set and put together the event décor.
